The hotel is really new and the staff is very friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. I hope they keep up the same level of service. Free wifi is also a plus!
The lobby is fairly plain, even simple, but the room exceeded my expectations. very friendly and service minded staff who comped my breakfast when there was a problem with the TV the first night. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from downtown, 5 meters from good Metro hub St Lazare. All-in-all very pleasant and good value.
Great location right across the street from the St.Lazare Metro entrance. Close to shops and within walking distance (30mins or so) of some of Paris' great sights. Pleasant staff. Desk in room good for working.
Breakfast too expensive for what you get. Could hear TV next door - not very loud but enough to wake me early. No safe in room.
Recently renovated, very clean,
Room equipment is limited ( we understand it is work in progress however)
Location, friendly and value for money. The reception is helpful and nice and her service is better than staff in the 5 stars hotel.
Should have refrigerator and safe box in the room.
Its central location near the sights and shops.
Was clean but extremely basic. No frills. Upgraded but to a disabled room which wasn't very ideal as we weren't disabled!!!! Nowhere to really put clothes if you were to unpack completely. Had a kettle in room but no cups or tea/coffee. No shelving in bathroom to put toiletries on. Breakfast offered was very basic and expensive.
The rooms in the hotel were clean and modern, not large, but very functional. Moreover the hotel was very quiet. It is located right across from the Saint Lazare train station giving access to many different metro, rer and Grand Lignas. You could usually get to your destination without changing trains. The station also had options for snacks & lunch without spending time on a sit-down meal.
The restaurants in the neighborhood were just ok, nothing special.
Great location overlooking the train station - handy for an early morning train. Extremely comfortable rooms.
Asked for an extra pillow but none were to be found. A safe in the room would be nice.
The staff is great Thr rooms very clean Great new hotel
The area quiet croweded being near railway station
Everything was fine. I even had view of Eiffel Tower:)
Good staff, clean room, not really noisy, enough room, wi-fi. But little bit expensive and there is no mini bar in any room. No smoking policy.
The location is really great as it is close to many attractions and good restaurants. Although there are some disputes with one of the staff, but generally we feel the rest of the staffs are quite friendly. We have a pleasant stays as the room is also very clean.
First night, it was already 11p.M. when we reached the hotel to check in. The staff told us that all rooms are fully occupied. So, he arranged us to stay in a so-called super single room at behind as I have seen such photo on the internet. Therefore, we told the staff that the room is not what we booked and showned on the Booked.net. The staff was very helpful and said he will inform his colleage to change for us as tomorrow 8a.M. is the shift. At 8.20a.M., we looked for the new staff and informed him that his colleaged agreed to change the room for us as that is not the room type that we booked. However, the new staff said we cannot change the room as this is also a double bed room. So, we showed him the internet photo but he kept on insisted the room is the same. We talked to him 3 times and said he is going to change the room, I would like to cancel the booking as we can't stay in this type of condition for 7 nights. The staff's attitude was really bad and said are we giving him pressure ? At that time, the manager called and we managed to speak to him. After talking to the manager, we realized that the staff actually conveyed the wrong message that we wanted tripple size room with the same price. So, we explained to the manager that we only want the double bed room with green color blanket as shown in the interne. We are not complaining the room is small and ask for something which is not what we booked. After clarifying this matter, the manager understood and informed the staff to change the room as shown in the internet for us. Thanks god it was much better and we don't need to suffer for the rest of the nights. We also thanked the manger for solving our problem as the said staff really made us annoyed and creating problems. The next day, I also heard one of the couples complainning his room but another staff who served them was helping them to change the room without arguing.
Location: The hotel is strategically situated across St.Lazare metro station and walking distance to cafe, restaurants, and two famous shopping malls - Pritemps and Lafayette Gallarie. You can also walk towards famous tourist spots but it's better to actually take the metro instead. Hotel Service: Two words - professional and friendly. All of them speak English and are very knowledgable and willfully helpful. Oh, and free wifi defintely is a plus. Hotel Room: Surprisingly spacious - compared to other Paris hotels. Modern and clean. No complains whatsoever. Each day of our stay, our room was also cleaned and replenished with fresh new towels. Price: Well priced and very reasonable. I can personally vouche for this hotel
There were some issues with the room's ac first few days but no biggie as we were out during the day anyway and it's nice and cool at night; just open the window.
Recently renovated, everything is new in the room - a rare thing in Paris. Air conditioned (also rare in Paris), nice rooms, great service
No safe in the room
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this hotel.
It was perfect for our requirements.
